Man Accused Of Grabbing Woman, Punching Wall In Fairfield County, Police Say

A Fairfield County man has been arrested for allegedly punching a wall and pulling and grabbing a woman during a domestic dispute.

Greenwich Police arrested a town man for allegedly pushing and pulling a woman and punching a wall while screaming at others in the area.

Brandon Rivera, age 24, of Greenwich, was arrested on Thursday, June 24, after police received calls from residents in an area apartment complex of a disturbance, said Greenwich Police.

An investigation into the incident found that Rivera pulled and grabbed the victim, punched a wall, and was screaming loudly at people in the area to call the police, police said.

Rivera was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

He is being held on a $2,500 bond which he could not make and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, June 25.
